We aim to get all orders out for delivery on the same day they are made. Unfortunately, due to order volumes this is not always possible. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails. When selecting ‘UK Next Working Day’ delivery method, the cut-off point for guaranteed next day delivery is 15:00 GMT. Orders placed after this period will be dispatched the following day. UK When ordering in the UK, you will be given the option of:


Next Working Day delivery or UK Standard Mail. Express (Next Working Day) is a fully tracked service. Please note, this is a working day service. i.e. Any orders placed on Saturday, for example, will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Standard Mail is a tracked service. Delivery when using this service can take up to five working days.


International orders are fulfilled by DPD Classic service. DPD Classic is a 48-72 working hour (from the point of dispatch) service to Europe. For delivery to the United States, Australia and the rest of the world varies dependent on the speed of your local postal services. Delivery generally takes 7-14 working days, however, this can vary.


In the circumstance that customs & import duty is required, this payment is to be made by the customer prior to receiving the goods. Countries outside of the European Union can be subject to this, dependant on the order value. Please note, if customs duty is not paid for whatever reason, your order will be returned to premises and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
